What this site collects
When you fill out a form, take the Coverage Check, or book a call, we collect what you type in: your name, email, phone number, your answers, and any message you send.
To see which pages are useful, the site also counts page visits and button clicks. It does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and it does not store a cookie on your device.
How it is used
Only to contact you about health coverage and to improve this site. Your information is not sold.
